2. Description of Service

canigetapiece.com provides algorithmic trading signal information, performance analytics, and related data (collectively, “Signals”) for educational and informational purposes. The Service is delivered through a web-based dashboard accessible via paid subscription.

3. Not Financial Advice

THE SIGNALS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE ARE NOT FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR TRADING ADVICE.

The content provided is for informational and educational purposes only. You should not construe any information on this platform as legal, tax, investment, financial, or other advice. Nothing contained on this platform constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments.

4. Risk Disclosure

5. Subscription & Payments

  • The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
  • New subscribers receive a 10-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • After the trial, your payment method will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@canigetapiece.com for refund requests.

6. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account or subscription access with others.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Signals or any data provided by the Service.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse trials or promotions is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, algorithms, signals, design, and code on canigetapiece.com are the property of canigetapiece.com and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANIGETAPIECE.COM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Any financial losses incurred as a result of trading activities.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Service interruptions, delays, or errors.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Signals. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
